The RCV50 is an automatic tray closing machine.

Closure, made with hot melt, can be on the main flap only or on all three flaps.

Very easy to operate and maintain, with fast changeover mainly based on adjustments and replacing of some size tools.

The machine can be paired with our C400 tray former, with or without automatic product loading.

The machine can be customized with:

• Pre-folded or flat leaflet feeder (GUK);
• Booklet feeder;
• Bar-code reader;
• Ink-jet or laser coding unit;
• Serialization-ready with machine extension for coding, verification and reject;
• Remote connectivity.
