Our range of automatic machines
For four decades, CARIBA has been designing and building automatic equipment and while we continue to be a pioneer in the packaging machinery industry, we are continuously improving our products, by offering upgrades and superior levels of customization. The portfolio includes horizonal and vertical cartoners, forming and closing machines, a first-in-its-category stretch banding machines and end-of-line packaging machines.
Horizontal Cartoners
Speed, reliability, and the traditional compact design are the forefront of our horizontal cartoners range. production. Machines are available in various versions, from intermittent to continuous motion, reaching the production of up to 250 cartons per minute.
Vertical Cartoners
Our vertical machines are characterized by great versatility and compactness. Tool-less format changeover, manual or fully automatic product loading and overall ease of use are the main features, with productivity of up to 80 cartons per minute.
Forming & Closing Machines
We offer forming and closing machines which cover a wide range of sizes and carton configurations, with or without lid closure, standard or 3-flaps lid, with a capacity of up to 100 cartons per minute. Ultimately CARIBA forming machines are the perfect match for the integration to our cartoners.
Side-load and top-load case-packers
We offer various, highly customizable case-packers enabling for automatic product insertion into pre-glued “American” cases. Our end-of-line case-packer adapt to any type of product arriving from the upstream machines and are pre-arranged for the integration of any aggregation unit.
Bundlers
Recently, we expanded our range of machines with the introduction of an extremely compact and multifunctional automatic bundler. In the upcoming months we will introduce additional models that will are scheduled to be presented at upcoming tradeshows.
