The AV30 is suitable for manual or automatic feeding of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic and food products into pre-glued cartons.

Top-load, intermittent motion cartoning machine, featuring positive carton pick-up and forming, with controlled carton transportation based on coated clips to secure carton grip and eliminate risk of marking on components.
Machine is very easy to operate and maintain, with fast changeover mainly based on adjustments and replacing of the transportation clips (tool-less operation).
Machine is available with 3-operator or extended 5-operator manual loading area.

Available flap closures for tuck-in, hot-melt and/or combination of tuck-in and hot-melt (tamper evident).

The machine can be equipped with:
