The C406 is a double head tray forming machine.
Starting from a flat-blank, this machine can erect trays or boxes with lid. Two trays are formed every machine cycle in order to increase production rate.

It features servo driven movements, accessibility for easy cleaning and maintenance, fast changeover mainly based on adjustments and forming tools replacement.

Can be used stand alone or connected to an automatic loading and closing machine to obtain a complete line.

The machine can be customized with:

• Extended, high-capacity flat-blank magazine;
• Stainless steel frame;
• Ink-jet, laser or embossing coding unit;
• Remote connectivity.
